From an open, empty site all the way to the “power-core fortress” that underpins Jinsha Winery’s production and operations—just how many “rigorous procedures” does the installation of electrical equipment in the switchgear room actually entail? Today, Kailangde takes you on a full-fledged journey through the Jinsha Winery project, breaking down every step of this precision-engineered undertaking. See how professionalism and meticulous attention to detail are solidifying the power safety defenses for winery production!

    I. Preliminary Exploration: Thoroughly understand the site’s “assets” and lay a solid foundation for the construction of the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project.

Before construction began, the three major teams—Kailangde’s technical, construction, and design teams—joined forces to conduct a comprehensive “health check” of the distribution room site at Jinsha Winery. They precisely verified key information such as the site’s length, width, and height, structural load-bearing capacity, and the location of the municipal high-voltage incoming line. At the same time, they thoroughly examined the surrounding environment, including temperature, humidity, and ventilation conditions. Combining this with the special requirements of winery production for stable power supply, they refined the inspection priorities. After confirmation, the site met the basic installation requirements; however, it was determined that the ground needed to be hardened with C30 concrete, and cable trenches and grounding electrode locations had to be pre-reserved, thus paving a “fast track” for the subsequent construction of the Jinsha Winery project.

II. Technical Safety Briefing: Strictly adhere to “standardized procedures” and clearly define the construction guidelines for the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project.

The pre-installation technical safety briefing serves as the “first line of defense” for the quality and safety of the Jinsha Winery project. Representatives from Kailangde’s Technical Department, the construction team, and the supervision unit gathered together to carefully review the high-voltage electrical characteristics of winery production and clearly define the installation standards for high- and low-voltage switchgear and transformers: the vertical deviation of high-voltage switchgear must be no more than 1.5 mm/m, and the horizontal deviation of transformers must be no more than 2 mm/m. These precision requirements, measured in millimeters, underscore the professional attitude toward the Jinsha Winery project.

Safety is of paramount importance: personnel engaged in high-voltage operations must hold the requisite certifications to take up their posts. Temporary electrical installations must strictly adhere to the TN-S earthing and zeroing protection system. Moreover, given the flammable and explosive nature of the liquor production facility, we have clearly defined specialized procedures for handling emergencies such as electric shock and fire. All these key points are documented in writing and recorded in the "Technical Safety Briefing Records," ensuring that every construction worker thoroughly understands and strictly follows them, thereby laying a solid safety foundation for the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project.

    3. Equipment Production: Customizing “Dedicated Equipment” while Upholding the Quality Standards of the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project.

The electrical equipment, which forms the core of the Jinsha Winery project, has been custom-designed and manufactured by Kailangde in collaboration with specialized manufacturers! For this project, we have specially customized five KYN28-12 high-voltage switchgear units, one SCB14-1600kVA transformer, and six GCS low-voltage switchgear units. The entire project adheres to GB50053 “Design Code for Substations Rated 20kV and Below,” ensuring that the electrical equipment is perfectly suited to meet the continuous power load requirements of the winery’s production operations.

Key components such as circuit breakers and current transformers are all sourced from Schneider Electric’s premium products, ensuring equipment reliability and operational stability right from the outset—and perfectly aligning with Jinsha Winery’s core requirement for uninterrupted production. During the 60-day production cycle, the manufacturer simultaneously prepares material certificates and factory inspection reports, which are thoroughly reviewed by Kailangde throughout the entire process. As a result, every piece of equipment comes equipped with a “quality ID card,” providing robust support and protection for the Jinsha Winery project.

IV. On-site Supervision: Closely monitor “production details” to eliminate potential quality risks in the Jinsha Liquor Industry project.

To ensure that the equipment production fully meets the design requirements of the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project, Kailangde has specially assigned senior technical personnel to station at the factory for on-site supervision, closely monitoring every critical stage throughout the entire process: the verticality of the cabinet bodies during equipment welding, the strength of weld seams, the firmness of wiring terminals during component installation, insulation resistance testing (≥1,000 MΩ), and the equipment’s degree of protection (IP4X). Each of these indicators is rigorously checked to ensure optimal compatibility with the special environmental conditions of the liquor industry plant site.

During this period, it was discovered that there was a deviation in the spacing between busbars in the low-voltage switchgear. Kailangde’s supervision personnel immediately requested the manufacturer to complete the adjustment within three days and subsequently tracked the rectification results to prepare a “Production Process Supervision Report,” ensuring that no issues were left unresolved and that the equipment would meet standards upon leaving the factory, thereby removing any obstacles for the subsequent installation of the Jinsha Liquor Industry project.

    V. Transit Transportation: “Careful Escort” Throughout the Entire Journey to Ensure the Intact Condition of Equipment for the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project

Immediately after the equipment was manufactured, Kailangde launched its dedicated transportation plan to meet the shipping requirements for the Jinsha Liquor Industry project. Before transportation, the equipment was first fitted with foam cushioning layers to ensure shockproof packaging, then wrapped in waterproof film to provide moisture protection. At the same time, an optimized transportation route from the manufacturer to the Jinsha Liquor Industry plant was precisely planned, avoiding bumpy road sections and adverse weather conditions to minimize transportation damage to the greatest extent possible.

When the equipment arrived smoothly at the distribution room site of Jinsha Winery, Kailangde’s acceptance personnel immediately inspected and confirmed: there was no visible damage to the exterior, and all internal components were securely fastened and properly positioned. This perfectly “unlocked” the transportation hurdle, laying a solid foundation for the smooth commencement of the project’s installation phase.

    6. Precise Installation: “Meticulous craftsmanship” at the millimeter level, laying a solid foundation for the safety of the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project.

    (1) High-voltage switchgear installation: Five high-voltage switchgear units are fixed on steel-frame foundations. Kailangde construction personnel repeatedly used levels to fine-tune their alignment. Taking into account the high-voltage power requirements of Jinsha Winery, they ultimately achieved a verticality deviation of no more than 1 mm/m. The connections between switchgear units are secured with bolts, and the secondary circuit wiring strictly adheres to the project’s drawing specifications. Insulation tests yielded合格 results, with phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground resistances both exceeding 200 MΩ, thereby ensuring stable and reliable high-voltage power supply.

    (2) Transformer Installation: With one transformer precisely positioned, the Kailangde team first leveled the base steel structure to ensure a horizontal deviation of no more than 1 mm/m. They then completed the reliable grounding of the transformer body, guaranteeing that the grounding resistance would be no greater than 4 Ω. The temperature controller was wired accurately and appropriately, perfectly matching the heat dissipation requirements of Jinsha Winery’s continuous production, thus laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the transformer.

    (3) Low-voltage switchgear installation: After the installation of the six low-voltage switchgear cabinets is completed, the overall vertical deviation of the cabinet rows shall be no more than 5 mm. The spacing between these cabinets and the high-voltage switchgear and transformers must strictly adhere to the design requirements of the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project (≥1.5 m). All busbar connection bolts shall be tightened according to the specified torque standards (M10 bolts: 35 N·m). Every detail has been meticulously standardized and precisely executed, ensuring that the low-voltage power supply covers all production processes throughout the entire plant area.

    7. On-site Acceptance: The three parties will “strictly scrutinize” to confirm that the equipment for the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project meets the required standards and is qualified.

After the equipment was delivered to the site, Kailangde, together with Party A and the supervision unit, formed a joint acceptance team to conduct a “comprehensive inspection” of the equipment for the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project: verifying that the equipment model and specifications match the contract and project design requirements; inspecting the exterior for any deformation or rust; confirming that all technical documents—including factory certificates of conformity and test reports—are complete; and unpacking and counting the components to check their quantity and integrity.

After undergoing multiple rounds of inspection, the five high-voltage switchgear units, one transformer, and six low-voltage switchgear units all met the acceptance criteria and the power consumption specifications for the Jinsha Winery project. The three parties jointly signed the “Equipment Entry Acceptance Form,” officially “approving” the equipment to proceed to the installation phase in the Jinsha Winery’s distribution room.

    8. Finished Product Protection: Providing all-around “safeguarding” to protect the installation achievements of the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project.

After installation is complete, the equipment enters the “all-round protection” mode customized by Kailangde for the Jinsha Winery project: dust covers are installed on both high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear cabinets; the transformer body is covered with moisture-proof cloth; and conspicuous “Electrical Equipment—Do Not Tamper With” warning signs are placed in prominent locations around the equipment, fully aligning with the safety management requirements of the winery’s premises.

At the same time, assign dedicated personnel to conduct daily inspections, recording the cleanliness of equipment surfaces as well as ambient temperature and humidity (strictly maintaining them within the range of 5℃ to 35℃). This will prevent external damage or contamination, safeguard the hard-earned installation achievements in the Jinsha Winery’s distribution room, and ensure everything is ready for subsequent commissioning and production.

    9. Intermediate Handover: Smooth “handover and relay,” marking the Jinsha Liquor Industry project’s transition into the commissioning phase.

Kailangde submitted the “Interim Handover Application” to Party A and the supervisory unit, concurrently handing over the complete set of documents including the installation records for the distribution room equipment at the Jinsha Liquor Industry Project, insulation test reports, acceptance forms for concealed works, and manufacturer’s technical documentation. Following on-site verification, all installation quality met the design and regulatory requirements and was compatible with the power consumption standards for Jinsha Liquor Industry’s production. All parties then signed the “Interim Handover Certificate.”

This marks the successful completion of the electrical equipment installation phase for the Jinsha Liquor Industry project’s switchgear room, officially ushering in the subsequent electrical commissioning phase!

From thorough preliminary site surveys and clear technical briefings, to controllable equipment manufacturing and precise, standardized installation, and finally to comprehensive protection of finished products and a complete handover process—Kailangde has ensured, with professionalism and rigor at every step, that the power distribution project for Jinsha Winery is safe, reliable, and perfectly tailored to its production needs. We will continue to closely monitor and document the progress during the subsequent electrical commissioning phase.
