Example: KLD-NH-L-T-2000A/5P: Fire-resistant busbar with an aluminum alloy enclosure and copper busbar conductors, rated current of 2000A, and a three-phase five-wire system.
Scope of application
The NHJX series fire-resistant busbar trunking system is suitable for AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems with frequencies ranging from 50 to 60 Hz, rated voltages up to 660 V, and rated operating currents from 250 to 6300 A. This fire-resistant busbar trunking system boasts excellent insulation performance, allowing it to operate continuously both in normal environments and in fire conditions for more than one hour. It can be used in high-rise buildings and critical facilities as a replacement for fire-resistant cables to provide power distribution and transmission.
Product Features
1. In addition to the electrical performance advantages of insulated busbar trunking systems, fire-resistant busbar trunking systems boast unique fire-retardant properties. Their conductive materials are high-conductivity copper or aluminum conductors, while the insulation is made from mica and high-strength ceramic materials. The busbar enclosure...
2. The busbar trunking enclosure is made of high-quality, high-strength cold-rolled steel or aluminum-magnesium alloy profiles and features a double-layer insulation system with fire-retardant materials both inside and outside. The fire-rated busbar trunking enclosure is equipped with ventilation holes; in the event of a fire, the fire-retardant coating will rapidly expand to effectively block the heat source.
3. The insulating material for the fire-resistant busbar trunking system is high-temperature mica tape, with a temperature resistance of 950°C.
4. The fire-resistant busbar trunking system consists of an enclosure coated with a fire-retardant coating, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and supports made of fire-resistant insulating materials. The supports are equipped with multiple grooves into which the busbars are inserted and securely fastened. At one end of the busbar trunking system is a busbar connection box, and inside the trunking system there is a busbar tap-off box.
Main Technical Parameters
1. Frequency: 50–60 Hz; Rated voltage up to 660 V; Rated operating current: 250–6300 A
2. The fire-resistant busbar trunking system can operate continuously and normally for at least 90 minutes even when the ambient temperature rises to 960°C. In addition, the fire-resistant busbar trunking system is non-toxic, non-polluting, and capable of preventing water penetration during firefighting.
3. The fire-resistant busbar trunking system’s plug-in connectors feature waterproof edges and achieve a protection rating of IP54.
