Scope of application

The lighting busbar trunking system is suitable for three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire distribution systems with rated voltages of 660V, frequencies of 50Hz (60Hz), and rated operating currents ranging from 10 to 63A. It is primarily used in medium- and small-sized lighting systems and electrical installations—such as those found in high-rise buildings, hotels, shopping malls, offices, schools, and hospitals—that feature numerous branches but relatively low individual loads.

Product Features

1. The enclosure of the lighting-type busbar trunking system is made of rail-mounted aluminum alloy profiles, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, highly stable, easy and quick to assemble, and aesthetically pleasing. All current ratings of busbar trunking systems use the same standard enclosure specifications, and standardized connection terminals are employed at the joints, ensuring excellent versatility.

2. Insulated components are used to support and insulate the conductors, ensuring electrical safety and reliability. Standard two- and three-hole sockets are employed for convenient and quick connection of branch power supplies. The socket arrangement promotes balanced loading across the three phases.

3. We offer a variety of on-site installation methods, allowing users to choose the most flexible approach based on their needs. The profile structure is optimally designed, enabling large-span installations of up to 2 meters and also serving as an installation bracket for small lighting devices. Busbar trunking systems are equipped with a socket every 400 mm, allowing live plugging when connecting plug-in boxes. Inside the plug-in boxes, switches or fuses can be installed according to user requirements. Featuring a modular design, these systems provide fast and reliable electrical and mechanical connections.
