    Product Features

    1. Air-insulated separation provides excellent insulation performance; its safe clearances and creepage distances between phases significantly exceed standard requirements. It features a compact size, low voltage drop, easy installation, enhanced transmission efficiency, flexible future scalability, and a harmonious aesthetic design.

    2. The busbar is made of copper or aluminum conductors with high electrical conductivity. After undergoing surface treatment and other processing steps, it is entirely covered with a PVC heat-shrink sleeve. High-strength epoxy resin insulating blocks are used to separate the phases, providing the busbar with double insulation protection and significantly enhancing its insulation performance. Finally, the busbar is enclosed within a grounded metal enclosure, ensuring exceptional safety and reliability.

    3. The busbar enclosure is made from high-quality, high-strength cold-rolled steel or aluminum-magnesium alloy profiles. Not only does this design offer a sleek and elegant appearance, but it also significantly enhances the mechanical strength and dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar trunking system, effectively addressing the challenges associated with large-span installations at construction sites. According to system requirements, plug-in interfaces can be installed at any location along the busbar trunking system, allowing for quick installation, convenient tap-off connections, and safe operation.

    4. The plug-in installation method makes busbar trunking systems extremely convenient and flexible during installation, significantly reducing installation time; installation is exceptionally easy.

    Main Technical Parameters

    1. Frequency: 50–60 Hz; Rated voltage up to 660 V; Rated operating current: 250–6300 A

    2. The busbar trunking system can ensure long-term normal operation under rated current and 100% of the rated voltage.

    3. Under normal conditions—ambient air temperature of 20 ± 5℃ and relative humidity of 50–70%—the insulation resistance of each section of the busbar trunking shall not be less than 20 MΩ.

    4. The busbar trunking system can withstand a power-frequency withstand voltage of 2500V for 1 minute without any breakdown or flashover phenomena.

    5. The number of plug-in connections between the plug-in box and the busbar trunking system shall be no fewer than 200 times.

    6. Protection rating reaches IP30-40.
